CornerMarket eventually plans to publish platform NFT memberships that allow our users to shop anywhere in our merchant network and enjoy membership benefits. Holders of these membership NFTs will be able to shop at any merchant on the platform and enjoy exclusive benefits like discounts, rewards, priority access, and other perks.

More importantly, merchants can use the platform NFT as a way to raise capital while targeting customers. For example, merchants could create platform NFTs representing a share of their business or an exclusive product or service and then sell that NFT to interested contributors or customers to finance the store.

Once the merchant's store is up and running, customers can enjoy the merchant's products and services at a discounted rate with Corner NFTs or have the merchant buy back the NFTs at an agreed-upon rate. This can be a valuable way to finance projects and build customer loyalty in advance without going through traditional fundraising channels.
