CornerMarket
Q. What is CornerMarket?
CornerMarket is a web3-based platform that allows small businesses to offer real-world assets, such as products, services, and experiences, which consumers can then buy using cryptocurrency. We also offer a Refer-to-Earn mechanism, which provides ongoing rewards (in the form of automatic commission payments) to agents who have helped to onboard businesses and expand the network effect of the platform.
We are a solution that supports merchants' ability to expand their local businesses to the web3 space while helping consumers support their local small businesses, save money on any deals they might offer, and earn commissions in shopping, which can popularize cryptocurrencies for use in daily life.
Q. How can I earn commissions with the refer-to-earn Agent Program?
Visit cornermarket.co and sign up on the Agent page for one of our weekly Q&A sessions, or walk through the details of the program at your own pace using our online resources. After you have familiarized yourself with the Agent Program, register as an agent on the CornerMarket App and visit the first merchant you would like to onboard. Now every time a user spends an offer at a business you onboarded, a commission will automatically be paid to your wallet.
Q. Is there any risk?
No platform can be considered entirely risk-free. The risk related to the CornerMarket App is the smart contract risk. Every possible step has been taken to minimize the risk as much as possible - the protocol code is public and open source and it has been audited by PeckShield, BlockSec, and Sec3. You can find more security-related information in the audits section.
Q. What does it mean when the app shows pending?
Pending refers to the state before the transaction information submitted by the user is recorded on the blockchain, and it refers to the state in which the payment is not completely completed. Transactions typically complete in a few seconds, but can occasionally take longer based on how busy the network is.
Wallet
Q. What is a wallet?
Similar to a traditional wallet that holds cash and other important assets, a web3 wallet is a tool for holding digital assets. This may be in the form of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens or unique, digital goods with provable ownership), cryptocurrency, or other digital goods. Additionally, a web3 wallet allows for the sending and receiving of cryptocurrency (hence it is sometimes referred to as a crypto wallet).
Q. What are examples of a web3 wallet?
CornerMarket uses MetaMask as a web3 wallet solution. Additionally, Alchemy Pay and Coinbase are 3rd parties that we use to help facilitate transactions. Please refer to them for questions about their particular service(s).
Q. What are Private Keys and Public Keys?
A public key serves as an address for your wallet. To receive a certain digital asset, a public key - or wallet address - is given to perform the transaction.
A private key is private and for only the wallet holder to know. Think of it as the password to your wallet. The private key is how a wallet holder uses his/her/their account so it’s vitally important that the private key is kept out of the public eye.
Q. How do I keep my wallet safe?
Understand the difference between a private key and a public key (mentioned above). Your password/private key should never be publicly shared.
Q. Why might I fail to sign in to the CornerMarket app with my wallet?
CornerMarket is built on the BNB chain and Polygon. When signing in to the CornerMarket app using a web3 wallet, make sure you have installed a web3 wallet and set the wallet's Mainnet to be the Polygon Mainnet or BNB Chain.
Q. The Sign page doesn't pop up in the wallet when I sign in with my wallet.
There is a problem with the RPC of the wallet, please restart the wallet and try again. Most of the problems are solved when reconnecting.

Q. How to become an agent at CornerMarket App?
Visit cornermarket.co and sign up on the Agent page for one of our weekly Q&A sessions, or walk through the details of the program at your own pace using our online resources. Anyone can register as an agent at the CornerMarket app.
Q. How does an agent create an Offer?
Login to CornerMarket, and click 'Create Offer'. Then input the information for the Business and Offer. The Offer will be created after the transaction processes.
Q. Where can I share the created Offer links?
We support Twitter, Facebook, and Telegram, Discord and you can click the green share icon on the offer purchase interface to share.
Offers
CornerMarket's special offers highlight the best of your local small business community. CornerMarket hopes to put the spotlight on the spirit of small businesses across the country. Our main conduit to facilitate this is our special offers system. Read on for more details.
Q. How do I find an Offer?
Using the location on your device, we show the best deals in your area. There are more local businesses signing up every day, but if you don't see your preferred vendor on the app - that's the perfect opportunity to onboard them. Navigate the offers and see what speaks to you while helping support your local small business community!
Q. How do I purchase an Offer?
Find your desired offer. Select the option to purchase. Wait for transaction confirmation of a successful purchase and enjoy!
Q. How do I use a purchased Offer?
Sign in to the CornerMarket app. Navigate to Profile → All Offers to find and view your purchased Offer.
When ready to redeem your offer, visit your chosen local business. On the CornerMarket app, select Use for the particular Offer you’d like to use. Confirm with the business owner that you’d like to use the Offer. After confirming, tap approve to confirm the use of the Offer. Confirm the transaction flow through the app.
Q. What if I change my mind? How do I refund an Offer?
CornerMarket makes refunding an unclaimed offer easy. Through the app, sign in to see your purchased offers. Select the appropriate purchase Offer for a refund. Tap the refund option. The CornerMarket app will confirm that the unclaimed offer has been refunded.
For claimed Offers, refunds/exchanges are strictly the sole discretion of that business. For more details, please see our Return Policy.
Q. Do I have to pay a fee when I buy or create Offers?
When purchasing or creating Offers, you do not pay any fees. Enjoy!
